Privacy policy
Last updated 13 October 2026
Aspire Sixty ("we", "us") provides AI front-desk services to aesthetic and cosmetic clinics. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we look after it. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Information we collect from you
When you request a demo or contact us, we collect your name, clinic name, mobile number, email address, suburb, approximate monthly enquiry volume and the booking system you use. We collect only what we need to arrange the demo and talk to you about our services.
How we use it
- To contact you about the demo you requested and follow up on your enquiry.
- To prepare for the demo, for example by understanding your clinic's enquiry volume.
- To keep basic records of our conversations with prospective and current clients.
We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without your consent. Any marketing email or SMS we send includes a way to opt out.
How we handle clinic and patient data
When a clinic becomes a client, our system handles enquiries from that clinic's patients on the clinic's behalf. In that role:
- Patient conversations and contact details are stored in the clinic's own account on established, secure platforms, and remain the clinic's information.
- Our assistant is set up not to collect medical histories or give clinical advice; those conversations are handed to the clinic's team.
- We access a clinic's data only to set up, maintain and report on the service, and staff access is limited by role.
- When a clinic leaves, we provide an export of its data on request and then remove it from the accounts we manage.
Where information is stored
We use reputable service providers to run our systems, including customer-relationship, messaging, telephony and email platforms. Some of these providers, and our own team in India, may access or store information outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to make sure these providers protect personal information to a standard consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Keeping it secure
We use access controls, secure accounts with two-factor authentication where available, and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@aspiresixty.com. If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, contact us first and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
